Everything you tracked or uploaded yourself is permanently deleted: cycle, hydration, steps, sleep, mood, vitals, goals, exercise and nutrition logs, AI chats, uploaded documents and their files, family links and share links.
Clinical records your doctors hold (appointments, visit notes, prescriptions and reports, surgeries, follow-ups, pregnancy and lab records, medical history) are kept for the period medical-record rules require. They are no longer linked to your name, phone number, email or sign-in.
If you have forgotten your PIN or no longer have access to your number, contact us through the phone number or WhatsApp link on our Carenyx Connect page and we will help you close the account after confirming it is yours.
