When you use a request form on this site — to book a teleconsultation, request a second opinion, or share a report — the details you enter (name, phone number, city, and any notes) are sent directly to Carenyx over WhatsApp. We don't store a copy of that message on this website; it lives in WhatsApp, the same as any message you'd send us directly.
Conversations with any Carenyx AI assistant exist only for the length of your current browser session. We don't save them to a server, and we can't look them up later — this is a deliberate design choice while a full conversational AI system remains gated behind clinical safety review, not a feature we plan to add without telling you first.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand overall visitor traffic — for example, which pages are viewed and how people generally move through the site. It never receives your name, phone number, email address, medical conditions, medications, appointments, cycle data, vitals, or any other health information — those stay exactly as private as described elsewhere on this page. We don't use advertising trackers, and Analytics data is never combined with your health records.
Some pages have a small, optional "Feedback" button in the corner. If you use it, we receive only what you actually submit — whether the page was helpful, an optional reason, and any optional message you choose to type. This is not linked to your name, account, or any health information, and using it is entirely your choice; the button never appears as a popup or interrupts what you're doing.
When you use CARENYX signed in, some of what you enter — such as vitals, medicines, appointments, health goals, and, for women, real cycle, pregnancy, and postpartum information you choose to record — is stored on our servers, scoped to your own account, so it's only ever retrievable by you. Local-first features (like cycle tracking without an account, or marking a health topic relevant to you) are stored only on your own device instead, never sent to our servers at all. This policy will continue to be reviewed as the product develops, consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
